Nebula Ventures ("we", "us") builds software for endurance and multisport athletes. This policy explains what data we handle and the commitments we make about it. We've written it in plain language on purpose.
Our core commitments
• Your health and training data is stored in the European Union.
• We do not sell your data, and we never will.
• We do not show ads and do not share your data with advertisers.
• You can export all of your data, and delete your account and data, at any time.

Depending on which features you use, we may process:
You decide which sources to connect and which modules to enable. Features you don't use don't send us data.
We use your data solely to provide the product to you: to consolidate your training history, compute metrics and trends, generate analysis and plans, and show you your own information. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.
When you connect a third-party service, we access only the data needed to provide our features, and only with your authorisation. You can disconnect a source at any time. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Your health and training data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. We use reputable service providers to host and secure it, and access is restricted and protected by database-level security controls.
Some data — for example menstrual-cycle information, if you choose to log it — is especially sensitive. Where we offer such features, that data is handled with additional protection, separate consent, and a separate ability to delete it, and is excluded from analytics by default. We do not provide medical diagnosis and the product is not a medical device.
You can, at any time:
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any right, email us at the address above.
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except where we are legally required to retain limited records.
The product is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy as the product develops. We'll post the updated version here and change the date above.
